Fog Pillows

10:30 a.m. Mount Maxwell Lookout

Low cloud in Ganges, thick fog on lower Mount Maxwell but clear blue skies on top. There was a temperature inversion at the summit, rendering my winter clothes redundant. In this photo we’re looking northward across the giant fog pillows to Vancouver Island.

Maybe, but they LOOK like they’d make a great trampoline. Thanks for sharing – we don’t get to see much cloud where we live, especially from the top!
