Happy Spring on Salt Spring
It will soon be time to get out of these winter woollies!
CBC at Barb’s Buns
Sheryl MacKay of CBC North by Northwest fame with Salt Spring’s Arthur Black at a live show this morning at Barb’s Bakery (still known by long time Islanders as Barb’s Buns).
By 6:15 the place was packed. Smells of coffee, breakfast and baked goods were coming from the oven, and a festive feeling prevailed in the cozy downtown café.

A fun family portrait. A Salt Spring family many of you may know, now living in the Victoria area. I’d forgotten about this one, shot in December 2006, until prints from the shoot were ordered this week. It’s never too late, but you do have to get the shots done!
