Which later cleared to become a spectacular late November day. There was so much good weather this month, we should call it something other than November.
Making room for a new home in our neighbourhood.
Some fine musicians have come out of the halls of Gulf Islands Secondary School since it’s opening in 1994.

This grade eight student is checking the progress of her bevel. It looks like she’s set the plane down on the blade, but it’s just the angle of the shot. The heel of the plane is down, but not the blade. I noticed she would plane a few strokes then lean over quickly for a close look before continuing.
