    Artistic.

    Looks COLD.

    (We have an island, connected with a bridge to Stavanger also called BUOY.)

      I hadn’t thought of that, it does look cold. But actually, with no wind and 11 degrees C, it wasn’t. No need for gloves, hats, big coats (or rain gear). Normal temperature around this time of year in this area: High 13, Low 5. What is unusual is that the islands have disappeared!
