Just about time to put this beast away for the rainy season.
Fallen
Before the rain.
Cars parking in Ganges had leaves tumble down and smack them within seconds. I didn’t stay long enough to find out, but I’m guessing the owner of this shiny black car carefully removed the fallen leaves before driving away.
Halloween in the Field
Happy Halloween.
Two thoughts:
- The way pumpkins grow it’s a good thing they’re not an invasive species.
- There are about eight weeks until Christmas.
Apple
Apples hanging out in front of the health food store in Ganges.
Natureworks has a very simple, two page website which could be a very simple one page website.
Pumpkin Season
Hundreds of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes ready for hundreds of pumpkin carvers in all shapes and sizes.
I saw two kids confronting this overwhelming scene. Both just had to lie on their backs in the pile. Parents whipped out smartphones and documented the event. One of the kids, a boy as a matter of fact, had to mine the pile for the very largest specimen.
