Happy riders take on the Velo Village 2012 Fun Ride from the cyclist-only ferry at Fulford Harbour to Ganges.


I came across these fresh bluebells on the edge of the Garry Oak meadow at Burgoyne Bay.

They’ve left their dingy anchored (I hope) at the top left edge of the beach. The tide was coming in on the flats; quickly. Unfortunately I couldn’t stick around for the excitement.
