Thundering spring runoff on an overcast day, all the surfaces are covered in a shiny wet mist and a few brief rays of the sun highlight the bridge.

6:45 a.m. Above Ganges looking to the Coastal Mountains
Light fog develops over the last bits of Salt Spring snow; thick fog blankets Trincomali Channel. And the Coastal Range hints at it’s magnificence in the early dawn light.

7:30 am: Sunrise in Ganges Harbour
Salt Spring Air’s Maple Bay to Ganges flight arrives at Ganges Harbour just as a low cloud and fog develop.
Makes for a gorgeous west coast moment.
