Rachel the sun was just about to rise. I could hear some seal splashing around somewhere, but no human sounds. Just as I was shooting this a dozen geese flew over, very close perhaps 20 feet above me. Besides the occasional goose honk there was an amazing sound coming from their wings; can’t begin to describe it. Special moment.
