8 pm East Point, Saturna Island
A late summer trip to Saturna, so close but (by ferry) so far.
After the sun set, there were a few magical moments in the eastern sky; the clouds lit up and were reflected in the blue water. A ‘supermoon’ provided amazing ambiance. And a warm light breeze began to pattern the still ocean surface.
Spectacular really. And then we turned to look at the western sky…but that’s tomorrow’s photo of the day.
So beautiful John! may I share it on facebook?
Hello Susanne. Saw a number of your signs on our brief trip to your beautiful Island.
Yes you may, thanks for asking. Please leave the border with my name on the image. There’s a reason for this. Not sure if you know, but when you upload an image to Facebook you’ve agreed to a lot of things, including…Facebook OWNS the image and may use and sell it as they wish.
Very pretty!
It’s a most excellent spot. I’ve only been there a few times, but each time it was amazing.
