1 p.m. hiking along the Coast Trail in East Sooke Park
This has to be one of the most scenic places to hike on southern Vancouver Island. And it’s actually a short drive from Salt Spring Island. We travelled from the park to the Crofton Ferry Terminal via Humpback Road and the Malahat in about 75 minutes.

A beautiful place to be in.
Thanks for the memory -been there :D … though your photo looks better than mine – heck, they all look better than mine :D
cheers Natascha :)
It’s a gorgeous hike. Especially on a warm (t-shirt), blue sky, spring day.
Hope all is well N.

By the way, not sure if you can see it, but this is a very sharp and detailed image. Pretty much right out of the camera: a Ricoh GR that fits in a pocket. Check it out…
