Somebody obviously had the rights to sell the land, so he bought it from them legally I assume. Isn’t this exactly the type of reason the island’s trust was brought into being and if they can’t even control this sort of build, why do they even exist?
Interesting questions, both.
I wish this photo could be distributed to every computer on Salt Spring. I had no idea things had gone so far wrong!
Better to have left it alone.
