BC Business Magazine is doing an article on ‘girls in trades’. The GISS girls are seen here trying out their best ‘tough look’ during yesterday afternoon’s photoshoot. Actually the shoot was about ten percent ‘tough’ and ninety percent giggles and laughter.
This is funny, John. Great Photo! Thanks.
They do seemed to have pulled off a pretty serious look. Perhaps they’ll audition for GISPA next!
Welders didn`t look like that when I was a tradesman at the local mill!
Hi Paul, great to hear from you. I didn’t realize you had a new website. I’ll put it on my checklist, and so should anyone else who wants to see superior photos for tugboats!
p.s.
I was pretty sure you didn’t look like that at the mill…
Thanks John! Certainly not a daily effort, just enough to keep my hand in.
And you’re right, I didn’t look like that ever, like most tradesmen my knuckles are litle closer to the ground!
– poster girls for the trades I would say!
Seriously though great shots of young women in a different world.
It is a different world. The girl in the centre is rebuilding a beautiful old Ford Mustang. Which she says she will, “drive to Grad next year.”
