There seems to be more Trilliums around this year. And they’re not as camera shy.

Day trips seem to be (happily) creeping into my life once again. I knew they were there, just lurking under the surface.
Part business, part household errands—the day’s list was checked off early. So there was a slight detour on the way home from Duncan on Vancouver Island. This, and other photos are the result. This particular image can be printed very large with more detail than can been seen on the best of screens.

A Clear Day on the Island
A spring day in Ganges with a look at the Coastal Mountains. There’s lots of space this time of year at the marinas, but that will soon change.
