First Light on Moby’s Pub

Frost on the roof, reflections in the water. As seen through the trees along Lower Ganges Road.
Middle School Woodshop
In the Saltspring Island Middle School woodwork shop.
This grade eight student is checking the progress of her bevel. It looks like she’s set the plane down on the blade, but it’s just the angle of the shot. The heel of the plane is down, but not the blade. I noticed she would plane a few strokes then lean over quickly for a close look before continuing.
