An old home past its prime on Mount Tuam, Salt Spring Island.
While exploring the wilds of Mount Tuam on the weekend, we stumbled upon this old homestead. And paradoxically, what appears to be the beginnings of a subdivision in one of Salt Spring’s highest areas.

These two chairs are waiting for a couple to enjoy a Salt Spring forest, stream and ocean view.

Part of Paul Burke’s hand carved and painted wood installation in the Salt Spring Island Public Library. Visitors see this and the other parts of the installation from below, looking up from the main floor. This is a different perspective, seen bathed in light from the mezzanine where the library’s work takes place.

A clever cascading water flue tucked away on the west side of Salt Spring. Designed and created by B Cubed Construction.
