This is getting to be an uncommon sight, at least on the west coast.

Sarah and her friends were taking a break from their Grad 2013 fundraising chores at this year’s Fall Fair. The Fair is a big deal on this little Island. Lots and lots of people were at the bandstand. Raffi was taking a turn on stage and seemed to be well received by this demographic. These photos were taken over a 3 minute period.

I like this photo because it’s an unusual scene in downtown Ganges on a September morning.
It was shot just a stone’s throw from, and a couple of minutes before, the photo of the man reading in the park.
