Coming home from a day off the rock we were treated to this scene looking toward Cape Kepple on Salt Spring Island. The artfully arranged and graphic cloud created a beautiful reflection.
There were a crowd of photographers on the boat, but I managed to get a spot.
The sun pops up over the Sarah Way area. Fog rolls in over Ford lake (foreground centre) and the Fulford inlet (right). That’s Mt. Baker in the distance left of centre and, if you squint at this small version of the image, you can see Mount Rainier on the right.
This year’s favourite Salt Spring subject. Splendid on a still February daybreak.
A spectacular winter dawn. It’s great fun watching the fog roll in. This view is from high up on Salt Spring Island looking towards Mount Baker in the USA.
