John,
Nice to see some of my company’s efforts! I work for the Vancouver company Arrow Transportation Systems. one of our business units hauls those chips for Catalyst, that fibre will have come from either Merritt, Princeton or Williams Lake areas. We truck it into Port Kells where it is offloaded at S & R Mills, then reloaded onto barge, Seaspan then drag it over to the pulp mills on the Island or up Howe Sound.
Arrow’s quite an interesting company, established in 1918, it’s still owned by the Charles family. One of BC’s oldest family owned businesses, our yellow trucks are a regular feature on the highways in BC.

Great comment Matt. Thanks.

p.s. for viewers from far and wide, Catalyst owns the mill in Crofton. More info here.
I like the tranquility of the mood in this shot.
6:10 am is like that sometimes. Quiet with calm water.
