With all the wet stuff coming down lately I thought there’d be more ‘rushing’ in this rainforest stream. But hey, we’re* just entering November, the start of the long dark wet season.
*(well those of us not heading south for six months of sunshine and sand… :-)
You know what they say about the grass always being greener… Those who only see blue sea and sky and sand sometimes crave a bit of green. Think I’ll bookmark this picture, that should take care of it. :-)
Good idea. Alternatively, a nice walk in Ganges around 4pm without your umbrella might do the trick. My fav is standing under a drip so that the occasional do surprises you on the back of your neck.
The older we get the more we appreciate the “soft rain” and “cool breeze”! There is a chance of light snow for Port HOPE THIS HALLOWEEN! YIPPEE!
Snow. Looking forward to seeing some around here. Might need to head for the hills.
I find the green of the ferns to be quite vibrant. Beautiful shot!
Good observation! They were wet and reflecting the what little sky light there was.
