Waiting for the Bowen Queen
Seems there’s always something to look at while waiting for the ferry from Crofton back to Salt Spring Island. Today workers are rounding up logs with the massive log carrier Apex Bulker as a backdrop.
Bellflower High School at GISS
The Bellflower High School Vocal Ensemble from California made a stop at Gulf Islands Secondary School last week. Each year they tour the US and Canada. Both the Bellflower and GISS choirs performed for students in the high school multipurpose room.
