Fishing on a Reflected St. Mary Lake

Fishing St. Mary Lake (electric motors only).
Which more than makes sense, especially when your drinking water comes from this lake. Water on this island is a huge concern, one that was highlighted in last year’s drought.

*note: for those of you who visit the site each day, there will likely be a few days without new posts. I’ll be taking the time to transition between computer systems.

    The current algae bloom on the lake right now leaves a lot to be desired though

      I haven’t noticed the algae bloom for a while, but yesterday the surface was covered with pollen.
