With only three days of classes remaining at GISS, students and staff were scrambling Thursday morning at GISS with word there would be no school Monday and Tuesday.
This Gulf Islands School of Performing Arts student was signing posters from Big Fish for the GISPA staff.

This guy’s on a rock in our garden; seems to be taking a rest. I hope it’s a rest.

This is one of many (hundreds) of photos I shot this week for a new International Education video due this September. A few students were helping out, playing the role of Media Arts students for the introduction portion of the video.
The shot below follows one in the classroom where a teacher was showing them how to use a reflector near a window. And the photo above is the result of their work.
