1:30 p.m. Salt Spring Island, on the side of the road
This old van hasn’t made deliveries for many years.
Wouldn’t it be great if someone had the time, money and interest to give it a new life. Like this other Salt Spring vehicle we’ve seen in a previous post.

1:55 p.m. near Southey Point
It’s sometimes hard to tell when the wet season begins and ends on Salt Spring Island. However the recent couple of deluge days left no doubt that we’re in it. There was water where I’d not seen it (going back 30 yrs or so), and more water than usual in places where you expect to see water after a couple of big rains.
