A stream nears the ocean. The cedars, grasses, mosses, and the haphazard fallen trees, branches and leaves remain in a natural state. This is what happens when there’s no one in charge of keeping things neat and tidy.
Cameron and I ventured into the wilds of Salt Spring’s ‘south end’ and found an almost iridescent forest, a moss covered snake fence (not sure how it keeps snakes out), and the sounds of a rushing stream nearby.
Now, I’m the first to admit I don’t know a lot about wrestling. Still, this doesn’t look like it’s going particularly well for the Cowichan Valley athlete. Who knows, maybe she has her opponent right where she wants her and is just waiting for me to be ready to document her signature move.
