Once the land has been cleared and the sun wakes up the dormant Broom seeds (I’m told the seeds can lie dormant for up to 60 years…) It only takes three to four years to create a fast spreading scene like this.

Yesterday I was travelling to the studio
down one of Salt Spring Island’s best roads
in the 9am sunshine
and came across this foggy corner.
