A very interesting rock formation at a fairly low tide. The reef parallels the shore and the road. With only the odd tree between you and the ocean, it’s a captivating effect.

This image was captured during the final run-through of Vibrance!, the end-of semester show performed by 45 dance students from Gulf Islands Secondary. The kids are on for real tonight and tomorrow night, 7:30 at ArtSpring Theatre.

I forgot about the interesting, mostly Arbutus, leaves that develop wonderful colours, patterns and ‘trails’. I created a substantial leaf image collection last fall then forgot about them.
